He crunches back the way he came before his partner chirps loudly. "Oh! Yeah yeah you're right!" he yelped, clambering onto a fallen log and tossing the pokeball at the A-Sandshrew. "Get in the ball!"

They keep moving, with the green spider crawling up to his head and hiding under his beanie. Beady eyes poke out. She chirps oddly, watching a Staryu slide on its back down a frozen creek. It spins lazily until stopped by rapid fire webbing shot out to catch it and bring it closer. She drags it a few inches before Mint yeets a pokeball, smiling. "Teamwork!"

He highfives one of Ciambotta's little legs before noticing a ball of pink staring at him from across the way. "Hi-!" he began only for the sheep to run off, wary of the trainer and his spider companion. The blur of pink disappears in the distance. The Spinarak looks up at him and shrugs. They keep going. He still has some pokeballs left.

Maybe they could sneak up on the sheep. Mint and his partner hop over the little creek and are careful around the ice. He crouches a bit, following the trail the Mareep had left. His thighs hurt but he trudges on only to spot a hint of pink. "Get it!" he hissed as his Spinarak shot silk at a tree to hang from before hooting more webbing to slow the pink blur down. Mint take offs, running through underbrush and snow before throwing a pokeball once he's close enough. "OOP-" It's only after the ball leaves his hand that he can see its a sort of penguin...and cubed...and not fluff. Ciambotta is still proud of their attack though. She slowly lowers herself onto her trainer's shoulder while he goes to retrieve the pokeball.

The shivering bug type chirped, determined now to find their last target and get the hell out of dodge. As they decide where to head next, a golden Pineco drops onto Mint with a fury, spinning wildly. It knocks Mint forward into the snow before shouting. "Huh?!" Mint managed as he wiped the snow from his face. The Pineco trembled and glared at him before it began to glow and heat up. Ciambotta shrieked before darting off, spitting silk and swinging away. Mint doesn't question it, scrambling after her. "WAIT FOR ME-!" he shouted cut off as he thrashed through the frozen underbrush before an EXPLOSION rang out.

Running wildly away form the danger, Mint catches up to his partner who was resting calmly on another log chatting happily with another pokemon. Mint wheezes as he stumbled upon her. Ciambotta and the Delibird look at him curiously before laughing to themselves. "Haha, hilarious..." he said as he pulled out his last pokeball. "What's that?!" he asked pointing forward. The pair look expectantly as he once more, dropped the pokeball onto the Delibird's head.
